Without hesitation, Erica took responsibility and promptly ordered brand-new replacements, sight unseen.

Lugbill Designs helped us renovate and furnish our entire townhome by providing design ideas and project managament services. Lugbill helped us decide which materials/products to use and how to use them, then procured them, and ovesaw the work. Our space is 4 levels, with bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen, etc. and the project included floors, paint, fixtures, furnishings, etc.

I found Erica to be exceptionally great at listening to my ideas and providing realistic solutions. This was our first time using a design service. I will be using Lugbill Designs for future projects, should any arise.

In my past review I said I would use Lugbill Designs again and I did! We bought a larger condo and did a complete gut renovation. Erica and Jessica designed the entire space including modifying the layout, designing a kitchen, three baths, lighting etc. Once again, it turned out beautifully and exceeded our expectations. I love that each of the baths are quite unique and yet their causal elegance fit beautifully with the rest of the condo. The kitchen is stunning and very functional. As I’m approaching the first anniversary living in my new condo barely a day goes by when I don’t think to myself how much I love living here. This was a complete gut rehab from top to bottom including taking out a wall and “dropping” the cement ceiling a bit to allow for recessed lighting (Erica Lugbill’s brilliant idea) If I had to pick a favorite room it would be my living/dining room but would also include the kitchen area as it’s a very open floor plan. The kitchen is bright and inviting while still being very functional. My condo has a very open feel and the light wood floors, the beautiful unique features and wall fixtures combined with the furnishings make the condo my very loved home….one that I look forward to spending this long winter ahead in pure comfort and contentment. Erica was recommended to me when I was renovating a 4-unit rental property in Chicago’s Old Town neighborhood. She was able to redesign 2 bedroom apartments into 3 bedroom apartments and a 1Br Coachhouse into an amazing, dramatic 2 Bedroom unit. I absolutely love working with Erica and her design team. Erica does not push her style on you but rather help you identify yours. I hired Erica for a kitchen and bathroom remodel and has continued to refinishing floors, painting all other rooms, and design of the den and living room. Erica has a great eye for color and has transformed my small home for the the 1970s to a stylish modern environment. Erica and her team was responsive to my every concern when working with contractors, products etc. I cried for hours after the kitchen tile was installed and wasn’t sure I could live with it. Erica came right out to reassure me the next day and told me to wait until everything was installed and my concerns of it being busy would be ok. She was right and I have trusted her every decision since. You will never go wrong hiring Erica and her team at Lugbill Designs!
